Overview

The Dev/Hold ERP system is designed with a Data Room for sharing the necessary documents with Portfolio and Project Stakeholders including Financiers, Independent Engineers, EPC’s and AHJ’s.

The Dev/Hold ERP system is designed with a Communication Interface for sharing the necessary Documents and Tasks with Portfolio and Project Stakeholders including Financiers, Independent Engineers, EPC’s and AHJ’s.

The Documents Sharing feature allows the user to give specific Document read only access to any necessary outside stakeholder. This feature can be used when selling or financing a Project/Site or anytime document needs to be shared with an outside stakeholder.

The Task sharing feature allows for in system project collaboration with outside stakeholders such as an EPC.

Adding an Outside Partner

Before sharing Documents or Tasks, an Outide Partner is added to the system.

Step 1, Open the Users tab (1), and push the SHARE APP WITH NEW USER button (2)

Step 2, Add the email address (1) choose the Outside Partner role (2). Send (3)

Step 3, Go to the OUTSIDE PARTNERS USERS TAB (1) Open the New Outside Partner Users button (2).

Step 4, Add First Name (1), Last Name (2), Email Address (3) User and User ID will be filled in automatically (4). Save & Close (5).
