Overview

The Dev/Hold ERP system is designed with a Data Room for sharing the necessary documents with Portfolio and Project Stakeholders including Financiers, Independent Engineers, EPC’s and AHJ’s.

The Dev/Hold ERP system is designed with a Communication Interface for sharing the necessary Documents and Tasks with Portfolio and Project Stakeholders including Financiers, Independent Engineers, EPC’s and AHJ’s.

The Documents Sharing feature allows the user to give specific Document read only access to any necessary outside stakeholder. This feature can be used when selling or financing a Project/Site or anytime document needs to be shared with an outside stakeholder.

The Task sharing feature allows for in system project collaboration with outside stakeholders such as an EPC.

Sharing a Document

Before sharing Documents or Tasks, an Outside Partner is added to the system.

Step 1, Open the SITES tab (1), choose the site with the document to be shared (2).

Step 2, Choose either the Document Tab (1) or the Document from the document List (2).

Step 3, Choose the Outside Partner to share the Document with (1).

Sharing a Task

Step 1, Open the SITES tab (1), choose the site with the document to be shared (2).

Step 2, Open the Task Tab (1).

Step 3, Open the Task to share (1).

Step 4, Open the Outside Partner Acess Tab (1).

Step 5, Click Add Outside Partner (1).

Step 6, Choose the Outside Partner to share the Task with. Save & Close (2).

Sharing a Project

Step 1, Open the PROJECT-USER ASSIGNMENT tab (1). Push the New Project-User Assignment Button (2).

Step 2, Choose the Project to Assign (1), Choose the Outside Partner Name (2). Save & Close (3).
