Integrating CompanyCam with Dev/Hold ERP

Overview

CompanyCam is Integrated into the Dev/Hold ERP system to allow for field documentation of all projects.

To use the integration setup Tasks to represent picture documentation on the appropriate Sites. This feature is used to document delivery of materials or to demonstrate completion of a particular construction Task.

Setting up CompanyCam in the Dev/Hold ERP System

Step 1: Set up a Document Type called “Photos” with a display Location of Task (1) and set up Document Names to be used on each Photo related Task. (2,3,4).

Step 2: Setup Tasks on a Site, one for each of the “Checklists” set up in CompanyCam (1,2)

Step 3: For each Site open each Picture Tasks (1) and Setup a Document using the Photo Type and the Document Name setup in Step 1 (2,3).

Step 4: Open the corresponding project in CompanyCam (1). If you have not set it up CompanyCam, now is the time to do it. Open the corresponding checklist (2).

Step 5: Copy the URL from the top of the screen and paste it in The Dev/Hold ERP System on the appropriate Picture Task (1) See step #6.

Step 6: Paste the URL in Dev/Hold ERP (1), add a Description (2) and Notes (3), Save & Close (4).

Step 7: The Document URL is now a direct link to the related checklist in CompanyCam (1).
